Two bedroom unit: * Complete kitchen including full size fridge & stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, silverware, utensils * Bathroom with 5' tub shower * Master Bedroom has double bed * Second bedroom has a bunk bed; double bed on bottom, single on bed on top * Pullout couch in living room * Picnic table and barbecue * Wireless internet and satellite TV * Parking Spot (1 vehicle) Rates: * Weekly $625 * Weekend Night $150 * Weekday Night $120 * These rates include 2 adults and children. * Additional adults are $20 a night or $100 a week. * Maximum occupancy for this unit is 6. * $100 non-refundable deposit required to hold a cottage. * Long term monthly rate is $800 for one occupant, $1,000 for two occupants. * Maximum of 2 long term occupants.
